COCO144 Leads ELM Foundation's Public Art Program Kickoff
October 2021

ELM Foundation kicked off our Public Art Program this October with a group of local youth who designed a mural for our South-facing wall. Mentored by legendary writer "COCO144," our students learned the process of painting a mural from its design to its presentation. New York City Artist Corps generously awarded grant funding to COCO144 for this project. ELM Foundation welcomes the community to view the mural and extends our thanks to assisting artists Manuel Acevedo, Shie Moreno, and Melski and to Colossal Media for donating the paint!
